Peter Tidswell BIZFIT360 Terms of Use

 

1. General Terms

This Agreement is a legal contract between You and Peter Tidswell (BIZFIT360). By using this website to book services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• Eligibility: You must be 16 years or older. Minors (16-18) must have parent/guardian consent.

 

• Liability: To the extent permitted by law, BIZFIT360 is not liable for personal injury unless caused by our direct negligence. Your attention is drawn to the fact that you exercise at your own risk.

 

2. Digital Content vs. In-Person Services

 

Please note that while the BIZFIT360 App provides digital plans, these In-Person PT sessions are classified as "services" under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• The statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period for digital purchases does not apply to face-to-face services booked for a specific date/time, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

3. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
