Tier 3 - Holistic Wellbeing

This is where the body connects with your mind as we move beyond nutrition and fitness and works on improving your wellbeing and mindset.

To achieve this, we have embedded over 60 minutes of wellbeing videos and Neuro linguistic programming content, providing you with the tools to building your self-awareness and self-efficacy.

What Happens Next

Simply click the Start Now button to download the app. You will be asked to enter personal details, and also things like your age, weight, allergies, likes and dislikes.

You will also be asked training specific questions such as your level of experience, fitness goals, equipment, and whether your training will be at the Gym or Home.

Between 12 to 24 hours later, you will receive your bespoke nutrition plan including meal recommendations designed to help you achieve your desired goals; your bespoke training programme and access to the wellbeing and mindset content library.

If you need additional support for any aspect of the program, then you can book a 45-minute consultation that be either in person or online.
