6 Week Transformation
Our gym-based PT sessions follow a clear structure that blends assessment, coaching, technique work, and progressive overload with the exact flow depending on the bespoke programme that has been created based on your goals, fitness level, and any injuries or limitations.
This 6-week training program includes Two, 1 Hour Personal Training sessions per week in our gym.
What Happens Next
1. Select Your Tier & Goal
Before your first visit, download the app and set the stage for your success. Choose the path that best fits your ambitions:
Choose Your Level: Select either Tier 2 (Training & Progression) or Tier 3 (Holistic Wellbeing & Mindset).
Set Your Parameters: In the app, you must select the BizFit360 Client Consultation Program and the Bizfit360 Health & Lifestyle Goal.
Build Your Profile: Enter your details (age, weight, allergies, and food preferences). This allows your trainer to get to know you before you even step into the gym!
2. Book Your In-Person Assessment
Your journey begins with a face-to-face consultation at our gym. This is a vital step for legal and insurance purposes, but more importantly, it ensures our advice is perfectly tailored to your unique health profile.
How to Book: Navigate to the List Page (back page) in the app and select "Book Your Consultation Appointment."
Payment: There is a consultation fee of £50. Note that your chosen tier is already included in this fee.
Confirm Your Slot: Request your preferred date and time. Your Personal Trainer will then confirm the booking or reach out to find an alternative that works for you.
3. The Consultation & Screening
During this session, we go beyond the surface to create a truly comprehensive health snapshot. We will:
Collect Biometrics: Take "before" photos, weight, measurements, and blood pressure.
Deep Dive: Discuss your current health, fitness history, and long-term goals.
Lifestyle Audit: Review your daily habits and determine if you’ll be training with home equipment or at the gym.
4. Receive Your Custom Blueprint
Once the assessment is complete, we turn that data into action.
Nutrition: You will receive a custom nutrition plan with meal recommendations designed to hit your specific weight goals.
Training: Your trainer will design your bespoke exercise program and assign it directly to you through the app.
5. Training & Evolution
This assessment forms the foundation of your training and nutrition. Your trainer will use this program during your sessions, monitoring your progress and making real-time adjustments to ensure you never plateau.

A 6‑week foundation fitness course is designed to help people build strength, confidence, and consistency — especially if they’re new to training, returning after a break, or want a structured plan with personal support. The 1‑2‑1 PT sessions ensure every participant gets tailored coaching and guidance throughout the programme.
Private 1-2-1 Personal training session, 12 x 60 minute sessions, over a 6 week period.

Goal‑setting and progress tracking - Measurements, strength tests, or fitness benchmarks to show your improvements.
