
BIZFIT360 Booking & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 18 March 2026
Welcome to Peter Tidswell BIZFIT360. By booking a Personal Training (PT) session through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. In-Person PT Bookings
One-to-One Sessions: All bookings are for individual, in-person personal training sessions with Peter Tidswell.
Full Payment Required: To secure your timeslot, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed via the website.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable: All bookings are final. Once a session is paid for and booked, it is non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be forfeited.
3. Rescheduling & Transfers
Transferability: At the sole discretion of BIZFIT360, you may be permitted to transfer your booking to another date or time.
Availability: Any request to reschedule is strictly subject to Peter Tidswell’s current availability.
Notice Period: While transfers are at our discretion, we generally require at least 24 hours' notice to consider a rescheduling request. Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for transfer.
4. Health & Safety (Physical Activity)
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. By booking a session, you confirm you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent you from safely engaging in active or passive exercise.
Medical Advice: Our PT sessions are not a substitute for professional medical advice. We strongly recommend consulting a GP before beginning any new high-intensity physical program.
